• When Will My Order Ship?
Our shipping department business time is Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 2 - 5 business days to fully process your order.

• How Long Does Shipping Take?
We use USPS for all shipments. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take up to 7-12 business days.

• How Can I Track My Order?
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking "Order Details." If your order states "Unfulfilled", your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order is "Fulfilled," you will see a delivery tracking number.
